Recent Bathroom Installation by UKBathroomguru

A few pics….

This bathroom was a fairly standard sized bathroom that you find in a lot of semi detached properties in the UK. At the top of the stairs, 1.7cm long (bath length) x 2.1m wide.

We replaced the standalone WC & basin with something a bit more substantial to give a little bit of storage and hide some unsightly pipework.

We also tiled the walls with 10x20cm white metro tiles and highlighted the brick bond pattern with a light grey grout.

As the window was directly above the basin, we installed a mirror that was mounted to the window recess as shown.

The old electric shower with surface mounted pipework was removed and replaced with…

….this beautiful thermostatic shower with fixed head and hose.

This was mounted over a P bath which gave the customer plenty of space to shower in vs their old 70cm wide (straight sided) bath.

Upgrading to a P bath is often possible in these room layouts as there is a sizeable gap between the edge of the bath and the door frame.

A chrome towel radiator was used to complete the look and the floor was tiled.

Summary

A nice little bathroom all done in about 2 weeks including all planning & installation.
