Q: Do you do all the installation work yourself?

For our local installation work - I used to, but now I have a team of fitters who I have trialed and trained and whittled down over the years. This means no more 12-month lead times waiting for me to become personally available! All my fitters follow the working practices that I have set down, so you can be assured of a quality finish. When your job starts, we do a handover to one of our project managers and they run the project from that point on, with oversight from the bathroom designer and foreman, who ensures quality control standards are met. All our fitters are full time PAYE, insured & fully qualified where appropriate.

Q: Do you offer a guarantee?

For our Guru Guidance Service, we offer a full money back refund + £50 gift if we can't save you £700 vs a turnkey quote. For our local turnkey installation service, you should gain peace of mind as we offer: Fixed prices. Workmanship guarantee on all installations. Large manufactures warranties (normally 10+ years) on supplied items.

Q: Will you take away all the rubbish?

Yes. We will usually price in a skip from a reputable local waste management company who will put it either in the drive or on the street (with a permit). Or if access is a problem (or space) we can arrange for a ‘man and van’ waste removal team to come and take away all of the waste at the end of the project. (We will discuss which is best during your free site survey) Either way, your waste will be handled responsibly and we will have a waste transfer note to guarantee this.

Q: Will you provide us with any certification we require?

Yes. All gas work is self-certified by our gas safe engineers. All electrical work will be certified by our NICEIC / ELECTRA electricians. Completion certificates (where applicable) confirm that all work has been carried out to current building regulations.

Q: Will I be without my bath or shower during the installation?

You will likely be without a shower for the entirety of the bathroom installation process due to the order that the work must be done to ensure a high-quality installation. You may have a working bath up and running by the 1st weekend. This can be discussed during a free consult .

Q: What hours do you work?

We work between 8.30 – 5.30 Monday to Friday, and we may work on a Saturday as well (if that fits in with you of course.)

Q: We both work during the day – can we give you a key?

Yes. I am used to working in this way and it is probably best for you to be out of the way anyway – the toilet may be removed during the day whilst work is going on, and building work can be noisy anyway!
