As part of this recent bathroom fitting in Bardsey the following work was done:
The existing layout was changed in that a shower enclosure was added and the bath was relocated to underneath the window as can be seen below.
The window cill above the bath was then tiled as detailed here.
The existing bath was removed and replaced with a large curved shower enclosure and the door frame had to be altered slightly to accommodate this.
A high quality thermostatic mixer shower was fitted, hooked up to a powerful pump to increase water flow.
The existing toilet was replaced with a modern equivalent in the same location.
A vanity unit and radiator opposite the bath were fitted, and a tiled splashback was added.
Here you can see the overall effect once the walls have been plastered and painted and a wood-effect vinyl floor has been fitted.
